Ever dreamed of making animated movies or 3D cartoons? Discover the secrets of CG industry while creating your own animated masterpiece. This course was created by a team of professional artists to give you an insight into all stages of production from concept art to final render

If you are reading this, most probably you have been dreaming of creating an animation movie of your own. Or maybe you already are a CG professional in the industry. Anyway, this is a team effort. Behind any animation movie, there is a solid team of specialists working seamlessly together at all stages: from concept art and modeling to animation, effects, and rendering.

Concept art
Here your journey into the world of computer graphic movies begins. You will learn how to start with a basic idea or a concept and without any prior knowledge create a world of its own using simple tools and techniques. You will go through the whole process like concept artists from a real studio, and get the feel of how to be a part of a project for an animated movie.

Modeling
How about making some awesome 3D models and texture them like a pro? Suitable for both full CG movie production and your personal Dribbble or Behance portfolio.

Character design
Have you ever tried sculpting with clay? Modern tools like ZBrush allow you to create anything from nothing. Learn to create your first character from scratch. You will start with a basic shape and with practice sculpt it to a pretty sculpture of Meiza. How cool is that?

Animation
Animation is about making things look alive. It requires both artistic and technical skills, but most of all it’s about replicating the behavior of living things. In this module you will learn what it takes to make something feel real.

Rigging
Rigging is what makes your animation possible. By creating a series of interconnected digital bones and attaching them to your model you can bring your character into motion.

FX and Visualization
How about some hardcore skills? Creating special effects is a task for a pro and it requires a very special approach. By using Houdini you can create basically anything from fluids to flames or realistically destruct any object. When you combine it with an awesome render during compositing that is how you create your final sequence.
