linkedin – Blockchain Programming in JavaScript

– [Instructor] Hello everyone. And welcome to Blockchain Programming in JavaScript. In this course you are going to be learning about how you can program your own blockchain using JavaScript language. We’re going to start with understanding the blockchain technology. This will include what exactly is cryptocurrency, centralized ledger, and distributed ledger. As well as what exactly is mining public private keys and the longest chain. Next, we’re going to dive into JavaScript language and learn how we can implement the core engine for the blockchain. This will include initializing the blockchain as well as proof of work. Next, we are going to take our blockchain to the cloud by using Node and Express. And finally, you will learn about decentralizing the blockchain by creating node models, registering nodes, and resolving conflicts. So if you’re excited, let’s go ahead and get started.
