Skillshare – Animate You: Create A Personal Animation in Illustrator, Character Animator, and AE

In this class I’ll show you step-by-step how to design a character of yourself, and animate it in Adobe Character Animator and After Effects.

We will cover how to:

Set up your files in Illustrator
Animate it in Character Animator
Export your project in Adobe Media Encoder
I’ll cover every step of my process in detail, so you can follow along even if you’ve never used After Effects or Character Animator before. I’ve included all of my source design and animation project files for my Character. That way if you’re curious how I set up my character in Illustrator, or want to skip the design process and just jump into using Character Animator, you can just use my files.
