It allows you to easily convey the general concept of a product so that whoever sees it can understand its design and functionality right away. “We have reached the end of the course! Thank you very much for getting here, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. As a final project, I have chosen an electric kettle. I hope that my project will serve as a guide and reference, but you can design any other product that you want to give free rein to your creativity and put into practice everything you learned during the course. Now, we are going to review the different steps to follow to develop the final project: Choose the product Decide on the product you are going to represent and prepare a mood board with references. Generate and select ideas until you find the final product that you will design.
Work on the presentation page Analyze the volume of your product by drawing its plan, elevation and profile, and define the composition of the presentation page.
Ink and color your page As we saw in Unit 3, pay special attention to using the line to represent your project in the best possible way.
Prepare the presentation of your product Photograph your notebook, retouch the image in Photoshop and share your results on social networks.
With everything you have learned, now you can develop class projects, assignments or personal projects that you still have in the pipeline and present them in an attractive way to your clients. Fran Molina graduated in Product Design from the Escuela Superior de Arte y Diseño de Andalucía. His passion for drawing made him explore new fields, such as sketching, in a self-taught way.

Through workshops with students of industrial and product design, he teaches the importance of sketching as an essential tool in any design process, as well as collaborating professionally with companies in the sector.
